Welcome to Mia’s Musings! My name is Lori and I live in the great state of Texas. I am currently an independent consultant for Pink Zebra Home. We carry an amazing line of home fragrance products. If you use wax warmers and melts, you will LOVE our Pink Zebra Sprinkles and elegant Simmering Lights Warmers. As a direct sales consultant with Pink Zebra since June 2012, I have finally found a company that I love. I enjoy meeting people and have been building an amazing team of zebras. I have set my goals and am on my way to the top of that proverbial ladder.

I became a mom for the first time at the age of 40 and I am also a step-mom 4 times over. Having a baby at 40 meant a lot of changes in my life-but they have all been for the better! I no longer have a regular job. I decided since he was my only child that I wanted to spend as much time with him as possible. I started blogging in 2007 and have had several blogs since then. I have also tried my hand at work-at-home jobs and mystery shopping.

Mia’s Musings came about when I decided to change blogs from a deals and coupons blog to a more diverse setting. I wanted to write about other things than just deals and saving money. I want to share my views on life as a first time mom at 40, product reviews and lots of fun giveaways. There will also be informative posts on working at home and a few other ways to make a few dollars.
