I cooked these pork chops for dinner the other night. We had creamed cabbage and corn-on-the-cob with it. They turned out perfect!
4 bone-in pork loin chops, 1 inch thick
2t brown sugar
1 1/2t coarse salt (I used kosher salt)
1/2 t ground allspice
1/4t dried thyme
Mix the dry ingredients in a small bowl, then rub the seasoning on both sides of the pork chops. Let the seasoned pork chops stand for 30 minutes.
Grill over direct medium-hot fire for 4-5 minutes each side until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees F.

Sounds yummy! I’ve never used allspice in my rubs. Thanks for the tip!

Hehehe! I make creamed cabbage like my mom does. Just a bit of this and a bit of that but I bet I can type it out. I will put a recipe on here this week for it.

Pork Chops always go over well at our house. I can’t wait to have our kitchen renovation done so I can make these!
